From Hartford
Take I-84 East to Exit 55 for Route 2 East. Stay on Route 2 for about 50 miles. You will pass the entrances for Foxwoods Resort on your right and take your second left onto Swantown Hill Road. Stonington Institute is located 0.8 mile up on the left.
From Albany
Take I-90 East via Exit 5 toward Boston (crossing into MA). Take I-91 South via Exit 4 toward Springfield (crossing into CT). Take I-84 East via Exit 30 in Connecticut. Take I-84 East to Exit 55 to Route 2 East. You will find the Swantown Hill Road ten miles past Norwich on left.
